Thank you for taking the time to visit our site and learn more about us. The Center for Biblical Coaching and Leadership (TCBCL) was founded out of a deep desire to impact the lives of fellow believers while honoring the grace and gifts God has granted me. I’ve been a believer for almost thirty years and an ordained minister for twenty-three years. In my walk with Christ, I have personally experienced God’s love, grace, and mercy.

Like you, I desired to be more like Christ and live in the power of the Holy Spirit in my daily life, both personal and professional. However, for many years, I felt confused and frustrated about how to achieve this. The desire for more of God was pulling on my heart; however, I didn’t know how to go about fulfilling it. As a result, I did what most believers do: I attended church, read my Bible, studied the Word, prayed, got involved in the church, and continued living life, hoping something would change. And it did, but not in the way I expected. I am thankful for His guidance along this thirty-year journey because TCBCL is the result.

Eugene H. Peterson, in The Message Bible, says, “Unrelenting disappointment makes the heart sick, but a sudden good break can turn life around.” We exist to be that sudden good break, glorifying God by offering hope and support to believers and Christian organizations on their transformational journeys through biblically-centered coaching and leadership training.
